How does the app work?

Is the app appropriate for kids?

While the app content is appropriate for kids, you will see a “Not designed for children” warning due to ads within the app. Ads can be removed with a one time in-app purchase.

How do I remove ads?

You can remove forced ads with a one-time in-app purchase. You can choose between multiple options. Opt-in ads (like for doubling carrots and daily rewards) will still be present but they are optional.

How do I log into my account from another device?

While all users can create an account, cloud capabilities are only available to paying users to store data to our database. Cloud saving is manual. Please see the tutorial on how to cloud save and load.

Does the app require internet?

Yes, the app requires internet for certain links in the app to work. If you want to use the app without internet, you may may make a one-time purchase to remove this requirement, which will also remove all ads. Keep in mind that without internet, cloud saving will not work.

Will the app be translated into my language?

We will have translations in a future update. Please be patient as we work on this.

How do I redeem codes?

Go to settings and enter your code into the box. Codes may be announced on social media, within the app, or through other promotional events.

You will get an exclusive skin for the month that you purchase this option. There are a total of 12 exclusive skins that you can collect. Once you purchase this option, you can purchase it again on a different month to get a different featured skin.

Note: you can repurchase the same package or any other package at any time. If you downgrade and choose a less expensive option, you will still keep all your highest tier perks. For example, if you bought the 6,000 carrot package, but want to buy another 1,000 carrots later on, your account will still have no forced ads, online use, and up to 15 habits. You can even buy another 6,000 carrots and you will have the same benefits, just more carrots. You can also purchase the 10,000 carrots package multiple times for more carrots. If you repurchase this package every month, you can collect 12 different gemstone skins.

Why is my rabbit sad? Why am I losing levels and items?

Your rabbit gets sad when its health is under 30%. You lose a level every day that your health is 0%. You can avoid losing levels over time if you disable the health meter with Vacation Mode. For more on how to increase the rabbit’s health, please see the tutorial.

Will this be available on PC?

No, we currently do not have plans to make a PC version

How do I turn off notifications?
-
You get reminder notifications to do your habits if you set them up for a certain time. Please see the tutorial on how to turn these off. You also get notifications when your rabbit’s health is low (less than 30%) right after you exit the app. To turn these off, go to your general phone settings, find the app, and disable app notifications. This will disable all app notifications, including habit reminders.

I accidentally checked off a habit. Can I undo this?

No, this cannot be undone. There is confirmation pop up each time you check off a habit for this reason. While this may be repetitive, it is there to prevent you from accidentally checking habits.

How can I have more habits?

You can make a one time purchase to have up to 15 habits or unlimited habits. These additional habits will have a yellow priority.
